Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at:

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the product as per our return policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before shipment
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product defect or manufacturing issue

Note: Refunds are not available for change of mind after delivery, unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (for damaged/defective products)
  2. Provide order number and reason for refund
  3. We will verify your request and initiate the refund process
  4. Return the product in original packaging (if applicable)

4. Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Note: It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, defect), we will bear the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Partial Refunds

In case of partial refunds (e.g., for damaged items in a multi-item order), the refund amount will be calculated based on the affected items only.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products without original packaging and tags
